Did you weigh yourself today?
Often we find ourselves measuring our weight loss success and failures solely on what the scale shows us. Believe it or not, the scale is our friend.
I have made it a habit of weighing myself at the same time, every day, as a way to hold myself accountable. As you find yourself losing and/or maintaining weight, it’s important to weigh in at least once a week, if not every day. Accountability is key in the weight loss journey.
