NutriBullet: Weight Loss and Nutrition

This blog is Part-Three of my Three-part blog series on my weight loss journey. In this blog, I’ll share a tool I used to help me consume more fruits and vegetables.

 

Did you eat your 5 to 9 servings of fruits and veggies today? Like you, I too, had a hard time of eating the required amount of produce that nutrition experts say we should eat, daily.  Well, that was until I discovered a new way to eat fruits and vegetables.  

 

Smoothie, anyone?

 

How about a strawberry, blueberry, banana, and spinach smoothie infused with coconut water and whey protein?  Yummy! I must say, eating fruits and vegetables, in a liquid form, has made my life much better...oh, and not to mention losing and maintaining my ideal weight.

 

I’m sure many of you have seen, and used, various blenders and food processors. I have tried some of the most popular blenders, but they didn’t make the texture of my fruit and vegetables go down smoothly while drinking via a straw.

 

So, what is the tool I use for making these healthy and tasty smoothies?  I’m glad you asked!
